This course focuses on the student’s exploration of personal and professional topics leading to the successful transfor- mation from nursing education to a rapidly changing work en- vironment. Effective clinical judgement, inter-professional collaboration and optimizing patient outcomes will be demon- strated in both clinical and simulation settings. To ensure con- sistent, quality care for complex health problems across the life span. Emphasis is also place on preparing students for the NCLEX exam by implementing NCLEX preparation plans based on various measurement tools.
