This course introduces the learner to critical thinking used in nursing. In this course the student learns to use critical skills and strategies that underscore the clinical reasoning repre- sented in the nursing process as well as dealing with aspects of the healthcare system for safe practice in the current healthcare environment. This course forms the basis for critical thinking processes applied throughout all nursing courses.
