The student intern will experience the opportunity to apply the theory learned in the program within a hospitality setting. Grading is based on academic projects related to the position and site evaluations. The student must also provide author- ized documentation confirming 250 hours of internship experi- ence. prior to being placed in a hospitality internship. College level reading, writing, and math skills are required.
