DIE 2940 — Dietary Manager Food Practicum

This course provides field experience hours to meet required competencies in the areas of foodservice, personnel and communications, and food sanitation and safety as identified by the association of food and nutrition professionals (ANFP). The content of these hours is determined by the exam content outline for the certified dietary manager (CDM) credentialing exam. and College-level reading, writing and math skills required.
