This dental assisting program course is designed to give the student closely supervised instruction and clinical experience involving patients and a dentist performing all functions re- quired of a general dentistry chair-side assistant and specialty dental. The student will have additional responsibilities in the area of radiography, sterilization, patient management, ex- panded functions, and preventive oral hygiene care. Seminar Discussions will be conducted for students to share clinical ex- periences.
