CJE 2004 — Career Choices Criminal Justice

This course will expose the students to the diversity of require- ments and career opportunities within the criminal justice sys- tem. This course will provide the students with an understanding of the different agencies within the criminal jus- tice system including police, courts and corrections. This course will cover all levels of agencies including city, county, state and federal. The course will also cover careers related to criminal justice including juvenile justice, private investigation and security, and bail bonds agents. The course will cover the roles of these agencies and employment opportunities. The course will also provide students with information on law en- forcement academies and strategies for job searching, resumes and job interviews.
