Focuses on the use and development of a database program, with an emphasis on loading, modifying and querying capabil- ities. Topics include storage devices, data design, administra- tion, analysis and implementation, data structures, indexed and direct file organizations, and hierarchical network and re- lational models. Students enrolled in a degree or college credit certificate program must complete all prerequisites.
