CGS 2091 — Information Technology: Ethical and Legal Issues

After taking this course the student will be able to identify dif- ferent types of computer crime and distinguish the various types of law applicable. Existing and emerging legislation per- taining to computer crime will be presented. The student will be exposed to various types of incidents and the proper evi- dence handling techniques. Ethics codes will be presented and discussed.
