This course covers advanced PC software, both operating sys- tems and system software. Concepts are introduced that pro- vide the student with a complete, step-by-step approach for learning the fundamentals of supporting and troubleshooting computer software. Computer service business concepts are also introduced. This course will further prepare the student for the A+ Certification test. Laboratory exercises are in - cluded.
