DIG3553 — Interactive Media Design

. This course is an interdisciplinary approach to design and construction of advanced interactive media, applying theory, aesthetic, and scientific principles of user interaction. The course covers advanced techniques associated with interactive media production, including design, digital storytelling, usability theory, and current best practices. The course also focuses on gaining familiarity with contemporary styles and trends in professional interactive/motion graphics. An emphasis will be placed on connecting the fundamental principles of animation with the After Effects workflow, to develop advanced motion graphics skills.
