Glen Oaks' Electrical Technologies Certificate prepares students for industrial, commercial, and residential electrical careers through hands-on lab and shop training. The curriculum covers electrical safety, residential and commercial wiring, motor controls, and print reading. An open entry, open exit format allows students to start and progress at their own pace, completing the program in as little as two semesters. All credits apply toward the Technology Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree. Designed for adult learners, high school graduates, and career changers in southern Michigan and northern Indiana.
