Glen Oaks offers two certificate programs in IT networking. The Network Management Certificate covers hardware, software, and networking fundamentals for entry-level IT support roles. The Network Administration Technician Certificate focuses on server infrastructure, security, and advanced network configuration. Both emphasize hands-on labs with real equipment, are designed for workforce readiness, and are stackable toward the Computer Systems Networking AAS. Programs align with Michigan workforce development goals and qualify for Michigan Reconnect funding.
