EDE 3315 - Math in the Elementary Classroom EDE 3315 - Math in the Elementary Classroom 3 credits This course introduces K-6 Florida math standards as an overview to understanding the math content needed to effectively teach mathematics. The course stresses math diagnostics as a way to understand student thinking and error patterns. This course will provide teacher candidates with a solid foundation for demonstrating math competency on the FTCE subject area exam.
