MAN 3583 - Project Management Add to Personal Catalog MAN 3583 - Project Management College This course focuses on the essentials of effective project management: the activities in which individuals strive to achieve a specific objective through deliberate methodical planning using particular interrelated tasks and effective uses of various resources. Three phases of the project are studied: identification of the need or problem, development of the proposed solution, and implementation of the solution. Topics include, but not limited, to project management functions, project manager roles and responsibilities, the project life cycle, and conflict resolution.
