HIM 2211 - Information Systems for Health Information Technology Add to Personal Catalog HIM 2211 - Information Systems for Health Information Technology College Required Grade: Pass with a C or better This course provides an overview of knowledge and understanding of the various computer health information systems that are encountered in health information departments. Topics for discussion include clinical data repositories (including the various registries), community health information networks, telemedicine, transcription, the computerized patient record, voice recognition technology and optical disc scanning.
