EVS 2942L - Environmental Science Technology Practicum Add to Personal Catalog EVS 2942L - Environmental Science Technology Practicum College -4 It is designed to provide a practical application of the knowledge acquired in the classroom concerning water and wastewater treatment technology and laboratory analysis to actual work settings. Students earn credits based on the number of hours worked in a practicum placement approved by the instructor as follows: 150 hours - 1 credit; 300 hours -2 credits; 450 hours - 3 credits; or 600 hours - 4 credits.
