HVACR - Service Technology
Degree · 4 semesters
Train to become a service technician in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. Learn to test, troubleshoot, repair, install, and sell mechanical and electrical appliances. Delta's HVACR Service Technology Associate in Applied Science degree features small class sizes and state-of-the-art equipment. Students may start with advanced certificates in Air Conditioning, Commercial Refrigeration, or Heating, then apply those credits toward the associate's degree. Completers need three or more years of field experience for Michigan State licensure and are eligible for federal certification to handle refrigerants.
