Discusses nursing care of the pediatric population and family unit during wellness and illness. Focuses on distinguishing normal from abnormal conditions and principles of growth and development as they relate to the pediatric population. This theory course has a concurrent lab course. Credit may be earned in only one of NT 216W, NUR 116W , or NPT 116W .
