LW220W — Lifelong Wellness

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of college success through the lens of personal health and wellness. Students will explore topics including time management, goal setting, stress reduction, nutrition, emotional well-being, financial literacy, effective communication, and chronic disease prevention. Emphasis is placed on developing lifelong skills for academic success and personal growth by examining the interconnected dimensions of wellness—intellectual, physical, psychological, social, environmental, and financial. Students will gain practical strategies to improve their overall well-being and thrive both in college and beyond. Successful completion of LW 220W and one LWA credit fulfills the Lifelong Wellness Graduation Requirement.
