This course provides an overview of criminal law and procedure with an emphasis on Florida law. Topics covered include investigation, prosecution, pre-trial and procedures, appeals, inchoate crimes, robbery, theft, burglary, white collar crimes, sexual assault, prostitution, and homicide.
