HFT 2282 — Hospitality Supervision

This course covers principles of supervision that are necessary for leading a team of employees within the hospitality industry. Topics include recruitment, selection, orientation, training, evaluation, and COURSE DESCRIPTIONS| 455 leadership skills. Students will also learn procedures related to interviewing, hiring, motivation, and discipline. Upon completion, students should be able to understand and apply basic supervisory skills to the hospitality and service industries.
