It is designed to aid students in increasing their understanding of themselves and the theories and techniques of leadership and group processes using tools derived from the study of the Humanities, particularly exploring foundational texts from the Western Canon. Topics include using logic and creativity in decision-making, resolving conflict, time management, and ethics. This course contains an Honors component created by the instructor.
