It presents tools and techniques of statistical process control, benchmarking, Quality Function Deployment, experimental design, Taguchi’s quality engineering, activity-based costing, and quality strategic planning. It also presents sufficient theory to ensure a solid understanding of basic concepts, and it reduces mathematical techniques to simple mathematics or reduces them in the form of tables and charts.
