This course presents an integrated approach to applying management activities in the sourcing and movement of materials and finished goods along the value chain. Students will explore broad-based Supply Chain Management concepts, including warehousing, inventory, procurement, sourcing, demand planning, transportation, and customer service, and assess their roles in ensuring an effective supply chain. such as: warehousing, inventory, procurement, sourcing, demand planning, transportation, operations, and customer service. which are concepts covered more in-depth in other courses in the program.
