This course is a study of the major religious traditions of the world, noting distinctive features and common elements. Through the study of primary texts (e.g., sacred literature) this course will include religious concepts, religious practices, and religious influence with selections from the Western Canon and from around the globe. REL2300 is a writing credit course. Students must earn a grade of C to meet the requirements of the Gordon Rule for writing.
