This lab course will complement Lecture topics and include the application of fundamental techniques in the isolation cultivation, and identification of microorganisms. Prerequisite: Four hours of coursework in the biological sciences, including Laboratory, and three hours of chemistry, with a minimum grade of "C". Two 1.5 hour sessions per week.
