The Health Services practicum course is designed to provide practical field knowledge. The course consists of 145 hours, 90 hours will be dedicated to externship and 55 hours will be dedicated to coursework.In-Person CPR Certification for Healthcare Providers provided by The American Heart Association or The Red Cross is required for the HSC2810 Health Service Practicum course. CPR can be taken prior to enrollment or within the first week prior to starting the designated externship.
