This course develops students' understanding of the legal aspects of construction contracts, focusing on responsibilities arising from field operations. Topics include the relationship between general contractors and owners, architects, and subcontractors,mechanics lien law, bonds,labor law, and other statutes and ordinances regulating contractors.
