ART2954C — PORTFOLIO PREPARATION AND EXHIBITION

This course prepares Visual Art and Design students to transfer to an upper-division institution. It is intended for those pursuing an Associate of Arts Degree with a concentration in Visual Art or Design. Acting as a "capstone to the students lower-division studies, this course helps students prepare a portfolio required for transfer. A Statement of Intent is prepared to accompany the portfolio. Additionally, the student needs to have at least 12 portfolio-ready pieces (finished, polished, and professionally presented) . Other foundation courses will also be accepted with instructor permission. Art pieces are to be presented to the instructor prior to enrollment.
